Monstera Praetermissa

Monstera praetermissa is a species native to Brazil, where it grows in wet tropical forests at elevations of up to 900 meters. The name “praetermissa” means “overlooked,” referring to its relatively recent scientific description in 2004, before that, it had largely gone unnoticed by collectors.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a mature specimen available to show you. However, we have several plants in the process of maturing, and we’re excited to share them with you soon. They just need a little more time.

For optimal growth and to encourage maturity, place your Monstera praetermissa on a moss pole.
