Monstera Siltepecana Variegata

Monstera siltepecana ‘Variegata’ is a striking and uncommon form of Monstera siltepecana, native to Central America, particularly regions of southern Mexico and parts of Guatemala, where it grows in wet tropical forests. It is typically found climbing along tree trunks in warm, humid environments, often at lower to mid elevations where moisture and shade are abundant. In its juvenile stage, it creeps along surfaces, while mature plants begin to climb and develop larger, more defined leaves.

The name “siltepecana” refers to Siltepec, a region in Chiapas, Mexico, where the species was originally identified. This variegated version gives it more collection value and a unique look.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a fully mature specimen available. We do have plants that are steadily maturing, and we’re excited to share their progress with you soon. They just need a bit more time to develop their full climbing form and mature foliage.
